My mission is to explore, connect with, and write about the nuances of our human experience in order to validate what you, others, and I may not be able to express out loud. Remember, No Thought Exists Alone. That’s my trademark. Oh, and I want for all of us to laugh and laugh through the tears a little bit more together.

Every day I try to create and communicate an ongoing conversation about anything I think you might connect with. Okay, so maybe I don’t write everyday, but I try to stay aware, to be present in the moment with you, with my kids, and with myself, so that if something does strike me I will be able to share it with you after I process it.

Know Me

I strive to be genuine, to write with candor about the daily, ordinary and extraordinary personal thoughts and experiences I have. I aim to be transparent with you about my emotions, struggles, inspirations and gifts so that we can both recognize that you and I are not alone in this world, in our experience, in our lives.

Knowing my old stories, my her-story (yes, its a take on his-story), I realize I don’t need to relive it or continuously revisit it, because I learned what I needed and I am now ready for something new, something fresh, something more. Write to me, comment on what I post, come and see me at an event and let’s connect. It’s what humans do.

Showing up as Me

I have an oddly extensive Wonder Woman memorabilia collection that my kids and Keith started for me. As she was the only female super hero they bought into, I was left no choice. And truthfully, I wear the honor of the comparison proudly as they still give me little collectibles on occasion.
