1. Next time I am asked what I think, I will realize that all the other person wants is confirmation of his or her own thoughts or ideas.
2. Mars and Venus collide too often. It’s amazing we still have a solar system.

1. No matter how hard you try to keep them your babies, kids grow up and want to be treated as the older version of themselves they have become.
2. Number 1 above blows big chunks.
3. I don’t know how to deal with a young man who can reason and negotiate better than most adults I know.

In the past 24 Hours I have had a massive dose of schooling. Here are three lessons I take away.
1. What you think is real, isn’t necessarily. Crying won’t make it so.
2. Never pop anything on your child’s skin if you don’t know what it is. It could be severely contagious.
3. Bad things really do happen in three’s. (I am going to start tracking good things for my own sanity).
